Retrofit and Thermo-economics Analysis for the Condenser of 330MW Unit

The operational status and problems on the condenser of the No.2 unit in weifang power plant were introduced.The main reasons affecting performance of condenser were analyzed,putting forward the goal and principle of retrofit for condenser.By using new type tube arrangement,rationally adjusting support spacing of cooling tubes,and replacing cooling tubes,the old condenser was retrofitted in overhaul period.Based on the thermal test date of the pre and post retrofit,all performance indexes of condenser are obviously improved.
