The invention provides a test clamp device for whole satellite magnetic testing. The test clamp device comprises a +Y side truss-type structural clamp. The +Y side truss-type structural clamp comprises an X-direction lower diagonal rod, an X-direction transverse rod, a Y-direction lower diagonal rod, a Y-direction transverse rod, an upper end diagonal rod, a satellite one-side short vertical rod, a satellite one-side long vertical rod, a magnetic testing rotary table frame one-side long rod and multiple standard connecting pieces. The test clamp device further comprises a pair of -Y side trough type clamps. The +Y side truss-type structural clamp is opposite to the pair of -Y side trough type clamps. According to the requirement for certain satellite magnetic testing, satellite three-axis residual magnetism testing needs to be completed, only one-dimensional rotation can be provided by an existing satellite non-magnetic testing rotary table, a satellite can complete the three-axis residual magnetism testing through three-dimensional rotation, and the three-dimensional rotation function can be achieved only by enabling the satellite to rotate around the Y axis through a specified tool clamp so as to change the placement state of the satellite.
