Differentiation between Subtypes of Primary Progressive Aphasia by Using Cortical Thickness and Diffusion-Tensor MR Imaging Measures

This study shows that a combination of structural and diffusion tensor MR imaging metrics may provide a quantitative procedure to distinguish the nonfluent and semantic variants of primary progressive aphasia in vivo at an individual patient level.
