Curso de formação para o cuidado integral da população LGBT sob a abordagem da pedagogia hitórico-crítica na estratégia de saúde da família

In today's class-centered society, health becomes a fundamental role in legitimating its hegemony both in the political sphere (by adopting standards that contribute to its reproduction) and economically (when establishing forms of exploitation for the appropriation of capital) by encouraging the exclusion of those who escape normativity. Thus, SUS, conquered through the organized struggle of the working class with the Health Reform Movement, is the main provider of health services in the country and plays an important role in reorienting workers' health education in order to realize its principles of universality, equity and completeness. The Training Course aims to contribute to the integral health of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Transvestite. It is an intervention project in the Family Health Strategy of the municipality of Camacari-BA, developed from historical-critical pedagogy under the bias of the dialectical historical materialism method. We divide into three stages: pacing, content and evaluation; which are divided into six workshops lasting nine hours each in a period of three months. It is a possibility to achieve changes in the Family Health Strategy's work process by re-evaluating the concepts that are naturalized through the politicization of health workers about gender and sexuality so that the restricted path of sexuality (sex, gender, identity and sexual orientation), understanding them as a victims of the process of social reproduction in an attempt to generate the apprehension and subsequent overcoming of existing reality and human emancipation so that all of them share the same privileges.
