Multislice spiral CT features of intestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

2018
Objective To investigate the CT features of intestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods The clinical, colonoscopy, pathology and CT data of 16 patients with intestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma confirmed by pathology, operation or multidisciplinary team consultation were collected in Xijing Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University from January 2011 to December 2016.The CT findings were summarized and compared with the diagnostic accuracy. Results 94%(15/16)of patients had one lesion and only one patient had multiple lesions, and 41%(7/17)of lesions located in the ileocecus.41%(7/17)of tumors showed intestinal wall mass enhancement combined with intestine dilatation, 35%(6/17)showed mass-like, mass-like thickening combined with intestinal stenosis and mildly thickened intestinal wall each accounted for 12%(2/17).13 cases of tumor were saw vessel floating sign.Tumor density uniformity was showed in 14 cases, 3 cases of necrosis, 16 cases of mild or moderate enhancement, 1 case of significantly enhanced.14 cases showed peripheral, retroperitoneal or mesenteric lymph nodes enlargement and 5 cases showed parenteral invasion. Conclusion The CT findings of intestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma have certain characteristics, and the summary and mastery of these features can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
