Analysis and Study About Multiple Influence Factors in Single Sort Disease Costs of Inpatients

Objective:Analyze single sort disease costs of inpatients and find out the main influencing factors in or- der to provide scientific basis to control unreasonable increase of medical cost.Methods:T-test,analysis of vari- ance,multivariate regression analysis and other statistic methods were applied.Results:Among first screened-out five diseases,except for coronary disease,the rates of drug cost have been in great proportion.The single factor va- riance analysis showed that the longer hospitalizing time was,the more the cost increased.The multivariate regres- sion analysis showed that the hospitalizing time is the first factor to influence average cost of hospitalization in 5 kinds of diseases.Conclusion:We must put the drug cost under control while reduce ineffective hospitalizing time.
