The present invention relates to the synthesis of mixtures of carbon nanotubes, and graphene, and more particularly to a co-process for producing carbon nanotubes, and graphene by a chemical deposition process in the vapor phase in the presence of a catalyst comprising a mixture of an active catalyst for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes and active catalyst B for the synthesis of graphene. The invention also relates to the carbon nanotube assemblies and graphene thus obtained and their use for the manufacture of composite materials having electrical conduction properties and / or improved thermal and / or mechanical properties, especially resistance to elongation, improved.
