Simulation study on environmental pollution and its remediation of mining waste tailings.

The embedded immobilized microorganisms gel pellet using PVA-H2BO4 method was applied into SBR process, and the characteristics of nitrogen removal between conventional SBR reactor (N1) and SBR reactor added embedded immobilized microorganisms gel pellet (N2)were investigated through the parallel experiment. The enhanced characteristics of nitrogen removal of SBR process by embedded immobilized microorganism were analyzed. Results showed that with the same operation conditions,N2 removal rate of NH4-N and total inorganic nitrogen increased by 4.4%~32.8% and 34.1%~50.9% than N1,with obvious improved ability of resistance load. Through studying different nitrogen forms in the different reactors in typical cycle,the reactor was found to have good simultaneous nitrification and denitrification,which indicated that immobilized microorganism technology can strengthen nitrogen removal of SBR reactor. It also provided a new idea on improving the performance of nitrogen removal of SBR reactor.
