The present invention provides a high-voltage rectifier bridge bidirectional TVS prepulse inhibition and production process. The rectifier bridge comprises a plastic body, with the technical specifications of the four diode chip bidirectional TVS diode chip, four lead frame; a bidirectional TVS diode chip is fixed on the first lead frame is provided, connected to the third lead frame through a wire; wherein two diode chip is fixed on the second lead frame disposed on a top surface of the P-type are respectively connected to the first, the third lead frame through a wire; the other two diode chip is fixed to the fourth lead frame is provided, are N-type top surface, are respectively connected through first lead, a third lead frame; a second, a third lead frame pin for the exchange, the second, the fourth lead frame respectively for positive and negative terminal. The present invention also discloses a manufacturing process of the rectifying bridge. The present invention is compact layout of the rectifier bridge, is conducive to miniaturization of the PCB, the conventional manufacturing process and different methods to facilitate the production.
