A 2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-yl urea represented by General Formula (Ia) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: Formula ** ** wherein, n represents an integer of 0 to 4; R3a represents R6O- or (R6) 2N; R3b represents hydrogen, or R6O- (R6) 2N-; R4a represents alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R6O- (R6) 2N- or halogen, wherein the alkyl of R4a may be substituted with one or more halogens, R6O- and / o (R6) 2N-; R4b represents alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl of 3 to 8 carbon atoms, R6O-, (R6) 2N- or halogen, wherein the alkyl R4b may be substituted with 1 or more halogens, R6O- and / or (R6) 2 N-, and wherein the cycloalkyl may be substituted with R4b 1 to 3 R6 are each independently and / or 1 to 3 methylenes forming a ring which may be replaced each independently by -O-, - S -, - C (O) - or -N (R6) - and / or a carbon atom directly bonded to a benzene ring may be replaced with a nitrogen atom; each R5 independently represents alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R6O-, (R6) 2N-, R6C (O) NH-, R6S (O) 2NH-, R6C (O) -, R6OC (O) -, (R6 ) 2NC (O) cyano or halogen, wherein the alkyl R5 may be substituted with one or more halogens, R6O- and / or (R6) 2N; each R6 independently represents hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl may be substituted with 1 R6 or more halogens, and X represents R6O- or (R6) 2N-.
