Paralysie Faciale Périphérique Révélée par un Ectropion Total : à propos d’un Cas

RESUME L’ectropion paralytique fait suite habituellement a une paralysie du septieme nerf crânien. Il peut etre a l’origine d’un syndrome sec avec larmoiement chronique genant pour le patient. Nous rapportons un cas d’ectropion total droit revelant une paralysie faciale peripherique chez une patiente vue a l’Hopital Central de Yaounde ABSTRACT Paralytic ectropion usually follows paralysis of the seventh cranial nerve. It can be the cause of a sicca syndrome with chronic tearing which is bothersome for the patient. We report a case of total right ectropion revealing peripheral facial paralysis in a female patient seen at the Yaounde Central Hospital.
