Clinical features of H1N1 influenza A: a report of 81 cases.

Objective:To outline the clinic manifestations of H1N1 influenza A.Methods:Eighty-one patients with influenza A(H1N1) were involved in this study,and the medical history,clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and treatment outcome were retrospectively analyzed.Results:75.3% patients were teenagers.The symptoms were fever(100%),cough(74.1%) and pharyngodynia(37.0%).The incidence rate of throat hyperemia and antiadoncus were 96.2% and 40.7% respectively.The percentage of neutrophilic granulocyte in peripheral blood was increased in 55 patients(67.9%),and abnormal lung markings on chest X-ray were found in 6 patients(7.4%).Seventy-eight patients(96.3%) were recovered without antiviral therapy.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of H1N1 influenza A is quite similar with the common seasonal influenza A.The effect of antiviral therapy should be required to further study.
