A Leukovirus Isolated from Cells Obtained from Leukemic Calf Lymph Nodes

SUMMARY A virus has been isolated from a cell line from calf leukemic lymph. It has the characteristic morphology of the C particles associated with leukemias of mice and other species and a similar density in sucrose gradients. It is considered that this virus is a possible aetiological agent of leukemia of cattle.
