Effect of copper doping on luminescent characteristics of chemically deposited ZnS thin films

The stoichiometric nanocrystalline copper doped ZnS films have been synthesized by the chemical bath deposition method. The structural and optical characteristics have been studied using various techniques. The X-ray diffraction analysis shows that two phases of ZnS, hexagonal and cubic, are formed.
