Extraction of Indigowoad Root Polysaccharides and Its in vitro Reaction to Porcine Reproductive and Respiration Syndrome Virus (PRRSV)

Indigowoad root polysaccharides was extracted from Radix isatidis by distilled water boiling and alcohol precipitation method and used as the medicine for porcine reproductive and respiration syndrome.The efficacy was indicated by the replication of porcine reproductive and respiration syndrome virus(PRRSV) on the Marc-145 monolayer cell.In the safe concentration scope,indigowoad root polysaccharides has a good in vitro blocking and inhibitory action to PRRSV,the minimum concentration of blocking being 2.094 μg/ml,and the minimum inhibitory concentration being 8.375 μg/ml.
