[Low molecular weight heparin: an real alternative in thrombolysis in hemodialyzed patients. A trial of coronary thrombolysis].

L'admission d'un patient de 36 ans, insuffisant renal chronique, dialyse depuis quatorze ans, presentant un angor instable associe a un retrecissement mitral serre et calcifie, a rapidement amene a la realisation d'une coronarographie mettant en evidence des thrombi recents intracoronariens. Les auteurs ont utilise une cure biquotidienne d'Heparine de bas poids moleculaire pendant 12 jours, sous surveillance biologique (activite anti-Xa, TCA)
