Design of Control System for the Vibration Compacting Table Excited by Twin-Motors in LFC

The vibration table with excellent filling and compacting properties is the pivotal equipment for LFC(Lost Foam Casting),the casting quality is directly connected with the filling and compacting quality of dry sand.The schematic diagram of system is showed.The setting of PLC's I/O ports and inverter's parameter are given.It shows good system reliability and stability in practice with good prospects for industrial applications.
