Provided in the present invention are a kit for auxiliary diagnosis of cancer, especially liver cancer or digestive tract cancer, based on the protein marker PSG3, and a use thereof. Also provided in the present invention is a monoclonal antibody against the PSG3 protein produced by the hybridoma cell strain CGMCC NO.11597 or CGMCC NO.11598. These two monoclonal antibodies can be used for in vitro detection of PSG3 proteins and auxiliary diagnosis of liver cancer or digestive tract cancer.
