A Case Report of the Chronic Desquamative Gingivitis

Chronic desquamative gingivitis is caused by systemic or local factors, especially it is influence with the role of estrogen, vitamin and thyroid horman and other with plaque, calculs and some local irritation.The patient is a 47-year-old female, who had married and had received ovariotomy at seven years ago. She called in our hospital at 5 years ago with gingival pain as chief complaint. Had 2|2 extracted because of excessive movility and had restoration setted on 543/5|145. On clinical finding, the marginal gingiva was redness, the gingival epithelium was teared spontaneously and accompained with pain and hemorrage.The above symptome showed a markedly improvement according to plaque control and defective coronal restorations were removed, were induced by muco-gingival surgery or occlusal adjustment and at same time on topical administration of triamsynolon and acetonoido, the gingiva showed an efficacious effect, but it was relupsed at short intervals due to discontinuance of treatment. At present, it is observed good sign obviously on gingiva by the effect of barb medicin.
