Most patients die from metastatic complications, so the treatment of osteosarcoma is an urgent problem. Study of osteosarcoma biology characteristics and the study of the characteristics of the transfer of osteosarcoma may provide a new thought for the treatment of osteosarcoma, for control the transfer of tumor from the molecular level, we need to have a thorough understanding of the mechanism of tumor metastasis. The metastasis of tumor cells in the human body goes through the following steps: ① tumor cells enter the blood vessels through the host's extracellular matrix and then enter the blood circulation; ② survival in the blood circulation: the anti-apoptotic mechanism is particularly important, Wnt signaling pathway、apoptosis resistanc、Fas/FasL and other signaling pathways play an important role in the anti-apoptosis mechanism by evading the immune system; ③ escape immune system surveillance: evade the surveillance of the immune system by down-regulating the expression of HLA molecules in tumor cells, It can also promote the metastasis of tumor cells by reducing or destroying the Fas signaling pathway. ④ after finding the appropriate target organ, stop and wear the bleeding tube wall: the endothelial tendency of tumor cells can transfer the tumor cells to the appropriate target organs; ⑤ adhesion: Ezrin is an important factor in the survival of metastatic cells and plays an important role in the adhesion of cells and cells. ⑥ new role in inhibiting apoptosis.
