Research on credible capacity evaluation model of wind-energy storage system based on equivalent load-carrying capability

Evaluating the credible capacity of wind-energy storage power generation system is one of the problems to be solved in power system planning and reliability evaluation. On the basis of considering the time series model of wind speed, the power model and the fault model of wind turbine, a wind farm output model based on auto-regressive moving average (ARMA) wind speed is established. Combining the operation strategy, capacity parameters, power parameters of energy storage equipment in wind storage system and the calculation methods of credible capacity based on equivalent load-carrying capability (ELCC), the reliability evaluation model of wind-energy storage system and the evaluation process of credible capacity are established by using Monte Carlo method. Through the simulation of the reliability basic test system, it is proved that the proposed evaluation model and process are correct and practical.
