The value of high quality nursing in improving the quality of outpatient guided care

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in improving the quality of outpatient guided care. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group to receive routine medical guidance service and high-quality nursing care. The satisfaction, registration and waiting time, and nursing quality of medical guidance in the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes in the two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher, and the scores of the guidance group's nursing code of conduct, the quality of the guidance group's triage nursing and the quality of the guidance group's medical service were significantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The registration time, waiting time and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were all significantly less, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions High quality nursing has a significant effect in improving the quality of outpatient guided care, which is worthy of extensive promotion and implementation.
