Clinical study on the curative effect of conjunctiva covers move combination of drugs in the treatment of fungal keratitis

Objective To compare clinical effect of conjunctiva covers move of combined drug therapy and drug therapy of simple fungal keratitis and explore its clinical application value.Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients of observation group accepted the conjunctiva covers move combined with drug treatment and patients of control group only accepted simple drug therapy.Results The total efficient,average visual acuity and average healing time of observer group were better than control group.Conclusion Conjunctiva covers move combination of drugs in the treatment of fungal keratitis can significantly reduce healing time,promote vision of regeneration.Its effect is better than single therapeutic effect of diflucan and worthy of application in clinical.
