Application comprehension on the self-designed female ureter double-J stent dislodger

Objective To explore an easy method of transurethral pulling out double-J stent detained in the adult female.Method Twenty-two indwelling ureter double-J stent(Appl:200620075879.7) were pulled out by self-designed female ureter double-J stent dislodger in twenty female patients.Result Twenty-one indwelling ureter double-J stent were pulled out in 20 female patients(95.45%),and one was pulled out under cystoscope.Conclusion The method of transurethral pulling out female ureter double-J stent placed in bladder by the self-designed dislodger is easy,safe,economic and worthy to be popularized in clinic.
