Development of Surface Patterning in Nano-electronic Devices

Nanodevices includes nano-electronic devices and nano light electronic devices. It is the foundation of designing and manufacturing of new apparatus and equipage. Hence, their methods and technique of designing and manufacturing are comprehensively noticed. The development of surface patterning in nanodevices is reviewed in this paper.
