Resolved 1/mb contributions to b > sll and b > sgamma.

In view of new data on moments of the subleading shape functions and on other input parameters we revisit our analysis of the resolved contributions to the inclusive decays $\bar B \to X_{s,d} \ell^+\ell^-$ and also comment on recent work on the resolved contributions to the inclusive decay $\bar B \to X_s \gamma$. Within a systematic approach we find some significant reduction of the nonperturbative uncertainties in the inclusive decay $\bar B \to X_{s,d} \ell^+\ell^-$, but not in the inclusive decay $\bar B \to X_s \gamma$.
