Cost Control in Chemical Engineering Project Design Stage

This article analyzed the importance of cost control in chemical engineering project and concluded economic sense which a practitioner should have. It also discussed applied cost control process and methods in engineering project. To strengthen the importance of cost control in design stage,the author described the impact of different role in a project,including manager,decision maker and designer.
