We have read with great interest the article by Andrews et al.1 Noninvasive assessment of electrical abnormalities has a great potential to refine diagnosis and improve risk stratification in patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC), as well as in other cardiomyopaties and channelopathies.
