Polyoxymethylene resin composition and moldings produced therefrom

A polyoxymethylene resin composition comprising a polyoxymethylene resin (A), a polyamide elastomer (B) and an acid-modified olefin resin (C) having an acid modification rate of 0.05 to 15 wt .-%, wherein the proportion of component (A) 40 to 99, 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the composition, the total weight of component (B) and the component (C) 0.5 to 60 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the composition and the weight ratio of component (B) to component (C) in the range of 10/90 to 90/10% is, wherein (a) the component is a continuous phase and the component (B) and the component (C) in a dispersed phase of a spherical shape or overlapped spherical particle shape are present, wherein the particle size of the dispersed phase is 0.01 to 20 microns, with the proviso that component (C) is an acetal formed from a Polyacetalteil and a modified ethylene-propylene Copol ymerteil or a modified ethylene-propylene diene Terpolymerteil is excluded.
