Unilateral axillary lymph node metastasis from small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of Urinary bladder.

A 56-year-old diabetic and hypertensive gentleman presented with the chief complaints of left axillary swelling for the last one month. On examination, the gentleman had pallor. He had left axillary lymphadenopathy with the largest node measuring 2 cm in diameter. These lymph nodes were firm, non-fixed, non-tender and mobile. A fine needle aspiration (FNA) was performed.
