Pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy: Its modification by therapy

1982
In June 1979 a 68-year-old man had an adeno carcinoma of the lung in the left upper lobe complicated with Horner's syndrome and pulmonary osteoarthropathy. Two and a half years later the patient's pulmonary osteoarthropathy was almost completely resolved as a result of a left upper lobectomy and radiotherapy. The patient also has a mixed cell type lymphoma in December 1981.
