Dystocia due to perosomus elumbis foetal monster with breech presentation in a buffalo.

A very rare case of dystocia owing to breech presentation of a bubaline foetal monster featuring perosomus elumbis with ankylosed joints of neck, left fore limb, vertebral column and fetlock joints etc. and its successful delivery per vaginum is reported and discussed.
