Clinical analysis of continuous residual roots (crowns) restored with fiber post system and combined crown (78 cases)

【Objective】 To observe the clinical effects of continuous residual roots(crowns) restored with fiber post system and combined crown.【Methods】78 patients with 247 residual roots(crowns),which exceed 2 residual roots(crowns) at least,were entered into the observation,restored with fiber post system and com-bined crown,all patients were followed up for 3 years after restoration.【Results】71 patients regained their functions;the success rate was 91.03%.【Conclusion】Fiber post system and combined crown can achieve good clinical results.
