A method for an aluminum clad steel plate thin aluminum and steel substrate measuring binding strength, it relates to a method for an aluminum clad steel plate thin aluminum and steel substrate bonding strength measurements. The present invention is to solve the problem of the conventional method of a thin film of aluminum clad steel plate and the steel base aluminum is difficult to directly and accurately measure the bond strength. The method of the present invention are: the use of zinc-aluminum brazing material under non-vacuum conditions, external heat source and ultrasound, the aluminum alloy film of aluminum and steel composite panels are welded and then subjected to a tensile shear test electronic universal testing machine. Test method of the present invention, an aluminum film can be directly measured and the aluminum clad steel strength steel substrate binding, without conversion formula, and the method of the present invention is simple, does not require expensive equipment. The method of the present invention is applied to the field of mechanical properties.
