P‐191: Out Coupling Efficiency Enhancement of Organic Light Emitting Devices with Novel Periodic Nanostructures using Nanoimprint Lithography

Novel periodic nanostructures at the air-glass interface are proposed to cope with the low out-coupling efficiency of OLEDs. Nanoimprint lithography using sol-gel material including glass components has been applied to periodic nanostructure formation. Luminance characteristics with new structures are improved more than 60 % compared to those without nanostructures.
