An automatic locating synchronous lead-in device for a submarine pipeline flange bolt comprises a gear ring, an upper body plate, lower body plates, a pair of upper supporting plates and a pair of lower supporting plates. The upper body plate is arranged below the gear ring, the lower body plates are arranged below the upper body plate, the upper supporting plates are mounted at the left end and the right end of the upper body plate respectively, and the lower supporting plates are mounted at the left end and the right end of the upper body plate respectively. An upper bolt base is arranged on the periphery of a submarine pipeline inlet hole. The lower body plates comprise a left body plate and a right body plate mounted in cooperation with the left body plate. The left body plate and the right body plate body are each provided with a bolt base. Hydraulic cylinders are in pin joint between the upper supporting plates and the lower supporting plates. Bolt fixing sleeves are arranged on the upper bolt base, the left bolt base and the right bolt base, one end of each bolt fixing sleeve is connected with the upper body plate, the left body plate and the right body plate, and a plurality of bolts are mounted at the other ends of the bolt fixing sleeves. Check bolts can be automatically clamped in bolt grooves in the deep sea, and the aim of fixed connection of the check bolts is achieved. The connecting stability of the check bolts and the underwater work efficiency of operating personnel are greatly improved.
