An Olympic legacy for couch potatoes

I am happily imbued with Olympic spirit. Enthralled, uplifted, and privileged to have been in London this summer. I was involved, as many others were, in the NHS planning, I met a few athletes, and I even managed to get tickets to some events. The television coverage was great, the 70 000 volunteers (4100 in the medical teams alone) were outstanding, and London showed its best face.
