2019
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive pain nursing mode in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods A total of 106 cases of postherpetic neuralgia treated in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The pain degree NRS score and sleep quality PSQI score of the observation group after 1 and 2 weeks were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98.11%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.02%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive pain nursing intervention can significantly reduce the pain of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia, improve their sleep quality and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
