A printhead ink jet, comprising: a plurality of lines (110) of data signals; and a series (120) of nozzle ink jet having a plurality of nozzles, wherein each nozzle of the series is configured to communicate with a signal line of data of a plurality of lines (110) data signals ; the print head being characterized by inkjet: a number (140) of nonvolatile cells attribute memory where each memory cell stores data series in one or more electronically floating gates; and a converter (130) data addresses, configured to convert data from a data signal line in a random access address lines in a plurality of random access address; wherein the plurality of lines (110) data signals are configured to provide control voltages inkjet and random access addresses of nonvolatile memory cells; and wherein each memory cell of the series is accessible through a signal line of the plurality of data lines (110) data signals stored in the series (120) of nozzles.
