Oligürik olmayan prematüre yenidoanlarda serum potasyum düzeyleri ile hiperpotasemi ve C-peptid iliflkisi

Ozet Amac: Oligurisi olmayan, farkl› gebelik yafl› ve doum a¤›rl›¤›na sahip premature yenidoanlar›n serum potasyum duzeylerini be- lirlemek ve hiperpotasemi patogenezinde olas› etken olarak one surulen ancak bilgilerimize gore daha once cal›fl›lmayan insu- lin veya serum C-peptid duzeyleri aras›ndaki iliflkiyi incelemek Yontem: 60 premature yenidoan gebelik haftas›na gore iki (Grup I; 32 hafta), doum a¤›rl›¤›na gore uc alt gruba ayr›larak (Grup A; 1500 gr) 5 gun boyunca potasyum deerleri ile ilk 72 saatteki serum C-peptid deerleri 24 saatlik aralarla olculdu.
