The invention relates to a drilling tool used for realizing axial impact by utilizing jet-flow oscillation in the process of exploration and development of an oil and gas well. The drilling tool comprises an oscillation absorber and a jet-flow oscillator. The drilling tool adopts the technical scheme that the upper end of the jet-flow oscillator is connected with the oscillation absorber; when drilling fluid flows through the jet-flow oscillator, jet-flow oscillation can be generated, so that the jet-flow oscillator generates axial impact; a rubber oscillation-absorbing element of the oscillation absorber is utilized for absorbing oscillation generated in drilling, the oscillation is prevented from being transferred upwards, the fatigue of the upper drilling tool is reduced, simultaneously the axial impact generated by the oscillator can be converted into dynamic impacting load for helping a drilling bit to break rock so as to accelerate rock breaking. The drilling tool has the advantages that the friction between a drilling column and the well wall in the drilling process can be effectively reduced, the drilling-pressure transferring capability can be enhanced, the drilling efficiency can be improved and the drilling cost can be reduced.
