Neural network model of cell survival under hyperthermia

Dynamical neural model of cell survival function under hyperthermia conditions based on recurrent neural structure with controlled parameters is considered. Two-stage algorithm of neural structure learning is developed. As an illustration the neural model for cell survival data of Chinese hamster CHO cells under hyperthermia is elaborated. The simulation results of trained neural structure show that this model is capable to forecast the cell survival curves under arbitrary temperature and hyperthermia duration with admissible error.
