MANDİBULADA SOLİD ANEVRİZMAL KEMİK KİSTİ:OLGU SUNUMU SOLID ANEURYSMAL BONE CYST IN THE MANDIBLE:CASE REPORT

OZET Ancvri/mal kemik kisti siklikla ii/un kemiklerde gorulen, lokal agresif. kemik Ic/yonudur. Maksillofasiyal bolgede nadiren gozlenir. Konservatif veya radikal cerrahi yontemler tedavi secenekleri arasindadir. Maksillofasiyal cerrahi pratigindeki onemi, kolaylikla mal Anahtar Kelimeler: ignite ile karisabilmcsidir. Anevrizma] kemik kistinin solid tipinin biyolojik davranisi daha agresif ve nuks etme orani daha fa/la oldugu icin yakin takip edilmesi onemlidir. Bu yazida 15 yasindaki ki/ cocugunda, mandibulanin sol korpus bolgesini etkileyen ve 2,5 yil takip edilen solid ancvri/mal kemik kisti olgusu sunulmaktadir. Solid ancvri/mal kemik kisti, tedavi, inandibula SUMMARY bone cyst is an uncommon, locally destructive osteolytic bone lesion occurring most commonly in long bones. It is relatively rare in the maxillofacial region. Various treatment options have been proposed as conservative or radical surgery. The importance of the lesion in the maxillofacial surgery practice is that it may easily confuse with malignancy. It is important the close follow-up of the solid aneurysmal bone cysts due to their aggresive behav iour and the affinity to recurrence. This paper presents a rare case of a solid aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) involving the left corpus mandible in a 15-year-old girl, with a 2,5 years of follow-up.
