Iron tower for ultra-high voltage

2009
The utility model discloses an iron tower for ultra-high voltage. The iron tower is a cup-type straight line tower, and comprises tower legs, a tower body and a tower head, wherein the length of the tower legs is the length of the tower legs which lead the iron tower to be installed vertically according to the terrain of the installation site of the iron tower; the tower body is erected on the tower legs, and the horizontal section of the tower body is rectangular; the tower head is erected on the tower body and comprises two crank arms connected with the tower body, cross arms overlaid on thecrank arms symmetrically and an overhung type ground wire bracket erected on an edge cross arm of the cross arms; the space enclosed by a middle cross arm of the cross arms and the two crank arms canenclose a first gap circle formed by ultra-high voltage medium-phase wires; and the space enclosed by the edge cross arm and the crank arm at the same side can enclose a second gap circle formed by ultra-high voltage edge-phase wires. The iron tower for ultra-high voltage can meet the requirements of electric gaps of ultra-high voltage power transmission, form negative shielding angles to the wires, thus being applicable to mountainous areas; in addition, the iron tower adopts omni-bearing long and short tower legs, protects the terrain and vegetation of mountainous areas and is beneficial toprotecting the environment.
