Esteatocistoma múltiple: descripción de un caso de características atípicas

We describe the case of a 75-year-old woman who presented multiple milia-like cysts of ten-year duration, grouped on the left retroauricular and posterior cervical areas. She had chronic renal insuficiency secondary to familial adult renal polycystosis. The histopathologic study showed typical findings of steatocystoma. We discuss the clinicopathologic aspects of steatocystoma multiplex, emphasizing the peculiar features of our case.
