The Nursing of Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective To explore the method of effective rescue and treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods The gastric lavage was implemented completely in short time during the rescue process,detoxification agents and funengji were reasonably applied,early blood perfusion was implemented,the ventilator was reasonably used,during hospitalization the patients' diseases were closely observed and they were given the psychological care.Results 22 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were successfully rescued,the successful rate was 95.45%;one case was dead,the mortality was 4.55%.Conclusion The systematic and effective rescue can improve the cure rate of acute severe pesticide poisoning,reduce mortality and complications,early blood perfusion and mechanical ventilation can prevent respiratory muscle paralysis and intermediate syndrome,and rigorous disease observation and psychological care is key to successful treatment.
