The invention discloses a WSTi64311SC heat-resistant titanium alloy. The WSTi64311SC heat-resistant titanium alloy is prepared from, by weight, 5.2%-6.5% of Al, 3.5%-5.5% of Sn, 2.0%-5.0% of Zr, 0.1%-1.2% of Mo, 0.1%-1.5% of Nb, 0.10%-0.50% of Si, 0.02%-0.08% of C, smaller than or equal to 0.10% of Fe, smaller than or equal to 0.12% of O and the balance Ti and inevitable impurities. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the titanium alloy. The heat-resistant titanium alloy is high in horizontal and longitudinal uniformity and low in content, an industrial 3-ton large-sized ingot casting chemical component uniformity control technology is successfully broken through, burning damage of aluminum and tin elements in smelting process is reduced, and the metallurgical defects of forming niggerhead through high-melting-point niobium, silicon and carbon elements and the like are avoided.
