First demonstration of SDN-based segment routing in multi-layer networks

Segment Routing enabling dynamic optical bypass in a multi-layer network is experimentally demonstrated. Edge nodes are efficiently configured by an enhanced SDN controller, showing effective scalability performance under different label stacking conditions.
