Research on Temperature Effects on Gas Adsorption Performance of Equilibrium Moistures Coal

2008
Based on isothermal adsorption experiments under equilibrium moistures and high pressures on 2 coal samples, the relationships between adsorption constant and temperature was respectively discussed. The experiments results indicate that maximum adsorption capacity of coal sample under equilibrium moisture has a low variety with increasing temperature, and has a small descent. The result has a striking dissimilarity between equilibrium moisture samples and dry samples. The paper proposes to adopt equilibrium moisture coal samples to research the adsorption capability of coal; owing to it is dosed to the moisture constant in coal bed. Under the same pressure, adsorption capacity has a negative linear correlation to temperature, the lower the pressure is, the better the linear correlation will be. Based on the linear relation, adsorption capacity can he obtained under the same pressure of some coal sample. It is important meaning to research the coal adsorption performance under the influence of temperature and pressure.
