APPLICATION OF SUSPENSION ARRAY FOR MICROBIAL NUCLEIC ACID DETECTION

[Objective] To know the application of suspension array in the nucleic acid detection.[Methods] Reviewed related theses.[Results] Suspension array is a new multifunctional biochip platform based on coding microsphere and flow cytometry technology.Integrated with the coding microspheres technology,laser technology,micro-fluid technology,fast signal processing and data analysis systems,it has many advantages such as the high-throughput,good reproducibility,high-sensitivity,high-accuracy,easy standardization.And it is able to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis at the same time.[Conclusion] Because of its preponderance,suspension array has been applied widely in the field of nucleic acid detection.
